  • Shipping Time: The shipping duration depends on the method you choose:

    • Standard shipping: 8–12 business days
    • Express shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Fast Shipping for In-Stock Items: Items from our In Stock page are shipped within 48 hours after your order is placed.

  • Free Shipping Offer: Free Shipping over $99: For orders within the United States, delivery times are estimated to be between 12 to 15 business days after the order has been shipped.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses in any country.

Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes typically takes longer than our standard Ground Shipping.

If your tracking number appears invalid, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Package in Transit:
    After we ship your order, there may be no immediate updates from the shipping company because your package is still in transit. Updates will appear once it reaches the next sorting facility, which can take 3–7 days. We recommend waiting a few more days for activity to appear.
    Additionally, some carriers, like TNT, may reuse tracking numbers for different destinations. If the tracking shows delivery to a location that isn’t yours, please be patient as it is not your package.

  2. Destination Tracking Number:
    For some shipping methods, you may need a destination-specific tracking number. This updated tracking number can often be found through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
    If you’re unable to locate the updated number or still have issues, please contact us directly. We’re happy to assist!

If your tracking status shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received your package, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Nearby:

    • Look in your mailbox, as packages might be left there.
    • Check with your neighbors to see if they signed for or received it on your behalf.
  2. Contact the Carrier:

    • Reach out to your local post office or the shipping company using the tracking number.
    • For international deliveries, post offices may sometimes require customers to pick up packages in person.
  3. Still Missing?

    • If you’re unable to locate your package after taking these steps, please feel free to submit a ticket to our support team. We’re here to help!

If your package status hasn’t updated, here are some possible reasons:

  1. For Unshipped Orders:

    • If your order is still being processed, there won’t be updates until the processing is complete and the order is shipped.
  2. For Shipped Orders:

    • Tracking updates may take several days, especially if the shipment is from an international warehouse.
    • While in transit or clearing customs, tracking information might not be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station, which can take 3–7 days.
  3. Shipping Company Delays:

    • In some cases, the shipping company may not immediately update the tracking information.
